Assembly guide

Set up cat trees safely and confidently

Most cat trees are easier to assemble when parts are sorted first and the frame is tightened in stages. Use this guide before letting cats climb.

Report missing parts

Before you start

  • Open the carton on a clean floor and keep all packaging until the cat tree is fully checked.
  • Lay out panels, posts, perches, screws and tools against the printed manual.
  • Do not force screws into misaligned holes; loosen nearby pieces and realign the frame.

Assembly steps

  • Build from the base upward so weight stays centered while you work.
  • Hand-tighten hardware first, then fully tighten once all connected parts are aligned.
  • Check that condos, perches and scratch posts do not wobble before use.

Anti-tip strap

  • Use the anti-tip strap on taller cat trees or active multi-cat setups.
  • Anchor the strap to a solid wall surface according to the included hardware instructions.
  • Recheck the strap after moving the tree or after the first week of play.

Manuals and videos

  • Use the paper manual included in your box as the source of truth for part numbers.
  • PDF manuals and assembly video links will be added to product pages as they become available.
  • Contact support with your order number and product name if the manual is missing.

Missing or damaged parts

  • Stop assembly if a structural panel, screw insert or post arrives damaged.
  • Take photos of the part, carton, shipping label and manual part number.
  • Submit a missing parts request before discarding packaging.

Final safety check

  • Place the cat tree on flat indoor flooring away from open windows.
  • Tighten screws again after the first week and during regular cleaning.
  • Supervise first use if your cat jumps hard, climbs quickly or shares the tree with other cats.
