Coverage for defects and damaged parts

Warranty support is intended for manufacturing defects and verified damage, not normal wear from daily scratching or chewing.

Report missing or damaged parts

Coverage period

  • Launch warranty requests can be submitted within 90 days of delivery.
  • A valid order number and checkout email are required.
  • Photos may be required before a replacement part or remedy is approved.

Covered issues

  • Manufacturing defects found during normal assembly.
  • Parts damaged in transit when reported with packaging photos.
  • Missing hardware, panels or accessories from the original package.

Not covered

  • Normal scratching, fabric wear or cosmetic marks after use.
  • Damage caused by outdoor use, moisture, modification or incorrect assembly.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without a valid order record.

How to submit

  • Use the Missing Parts page or contact support with your order number.
  • Include part name, part number if available, and clear photos.
  • Support will confirm whether replacement parts, refund or return steps apply.
