Check order and shipment status

Enter the order number from the success page or confirmation email together with the checkout email. Both fields must match before order details are shown.

Before shipment

Confirmed orders show payment and fulfillment status while the shipment is being prepared.

After shipment

Carrier, tracking number and package link appear after the order is marked shipped in Admin.
