Delivery for cat furniture and pet essentials

We ship MellowPaws Home orders with tracked delivery whenever tracking is available. Large items can take longer to pack and move through the carrier network.

Track an order

Processing time

  • In-stock items are usually prepared within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next business day.
  • Pre-order items ship according to the estimate shown on the product page or order confirmation.

Delivery estimate

  • Standard delivery estimate: 7-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery, when available, is prioritized and usually arrives faster than standard delivery.
  • Delivery timing can vary for large cat trees, remote areas and carrier delays.

Shipping rates

  • Standard Shipping is free on eligible orders over €49.
  • Orders below €49 may show a standard shipping charge at checkout.
  • Express Shipping is shown at checkout when available for the destination.

Remote areas and oversized items

  • Some remote regions can require extra transit time.
  • Large cat trees may ship in oversized cartons and need a safe delivery spot.
  • If a carrier cannot complete delivery, contact support with your order number.
