Returns for large pet furniture

We want the product to fit your home and your cat. Because cat trees are large assembled items, returns need to be handled carefully.

Contact support

30-day return window

  • Eligible unused items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please keep the original packaging until you have checked all parts and assembly.
  • Items must be clean, dry and free from heavy wear, odor or pet damage.

Packaging and assembly

  • Original packaging is strongly recommended for cat trees and oversized items.
  • Fully assembled or heavily used items may not be eligible for a standard return.
  • If you are unsure, contact support before disassembling or shipping the item back.

Return shipping

  • Customer preference returns may require the customer to pay return shipping.
  • If the item arrives damaged, defective or missing parts, contact support with photos first.
  • Do not ship a damaged item back until support confirms the next step.

Refund timing

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • Original delivery fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by fulfillment error.
