Care guide

Keep cat furniture clean, stable and comfortable

Regular care helps cat trees and beds last longer, especially in multi-cat homes and active play areas.

Report damaged parts

Weekly care

  • Vacuum fabric, plush and platform surfaces to remove hair and dust.
  • Wipe hard surfaces with a dry or lightly damp cloth.
  • Check scratch posts, condos and perches for loosened hardware.

Spot cleaning

  • Use mild soap and water on fabric spots unless the product label says otherwise.
  • Avoid soaking boards, posts or enclosed condos.
  • Let cleaned surfaces dry fully before cats use them again.

Stability checks

  • Tighten screws after assembly and again after the first week of use.
  • Use included anti-tip straps for taller trees.
  • Place cat trees on flat indoor flooring where possible.

When to contact support

  • If a structural part arrives cracked, bent or unusable.
  • If hardware is missing from the package.
  • If a product feels unstable after correct assembly.
