Payment Methods

MellowPaws Home checkout currently supports card payments through Stripe and PayPal. The available options are shown during checkout before you place the order.

Contact support

Supported methods

  • Credit / debit card via Stripe.
  • PayPal.
  • Available payment options can vary by checkout region and payment provider availability.

Card payments

  • Card details are entered through Stripe checkout elements when card payment is selected.
  • We do not ask customers to send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes by email.
  • Your bank or card issuer may request additional verification before approval.

PayPal payments

  • Selecting PayPal redirects securely so the payment can be approved in PayPal.
  • After PayPal approval, checkout returns to MellowPaws Home to finish the order.
  • If PayPal is cancelled before approval, the order is not completed.

If payment fails

  • Check that the card number, expiry date, security code and billing details are correct.
  • Try PayPal if card payment is not approved, or try card payment if PayPal is unavailable.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider if the payment is declined after the details are correct.
  • For order help, contact support through /contact and include the checkout email.

Refund destination

  • Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Your bank, card issuer or PayPal account may take additional time to show the refund.
  • Support can confirm the refund status after a return or issue review is approved.
